The technologies, systems, methods, and processes described herein are the subject of a pending patent application and are protected under the intellectual property laws of India. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, reverse engineering, adaptation, or commercial exploitation of the protected innovations — whether in whole or in part, directly or through substantially similar implementation — is strictly prohibited.
Any entity or individual who proceeds with activities that infringe upon these rights after receiving this notice does so with full knowledge of the pending patent application and may be subject to civil and criminal liability under applicable Indian law.

Nature of Platform
Nowish is a technology platform that facilitates real-time connections between buyers and sellers. Nowish does not itself sell, supply, deliver, or provide any goods or services listed on the platform. Nowish acts solely as an intermediary technology service enabling communication and discovery between independent buyers and sellers.
All transactions, agreements, payments, and dealings occur solely and directly between the buyer and the seller. Nowish is not a party to any such transaction and assumes no responsibility, obligation, or liability arising from or related to any transaction conducted through or facilitated by the platform.
Users are advised to exercise due diligence before entering into any transaction. Nowish shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, dispute, deficiency, fraud, or legal claim arising out of or in connection with any transaction between users of the platform.

Seller Verification
Sellers on the Nowish platform undergo a verification process utilising Google Business Profile data at the time of onboarding. This verification confirms the existence of a registered business entity at the time of registration only.
This verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the seller's products, services, conduct, or reliability. Nowish makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any seller-provided information subsequent to verification.
Limitation of Liability
Nowish provides its platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Nowish be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This notice and all matters arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this notice or the use of the Nowish platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Users accessing the Nowish platform from outside India do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
