We will never request any additional permissions beyond these two without clear explanation and your explicit consent.

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Deliver real-time deal alerts to you
• Show you relevant nearby businesses and offers
• Enable businesses to receive customer deal requests
• Improve platform performance and reliability
• Communicate with you about your account if registered
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud

We do not use your data for:

When you interact with a deal on Nowish — such as claiming an offer or sending a deal request — the business receives only the deal interaction data necessary to fulfil that request. Businesses do not receive your name, phone number, email, or any personal identity unless you explicitly choose to share it as part of a transaction.

Your personal data is yours. We do not hand it to businesses automatically.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Vercel Inc. (our hosting infrastructure provider), located in data centres that comply with industry-standard security practices. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Device notification token — retained while you have the app installed. Deleted within 30 days of app uninstall or account deletion request.
• Account data — retained until you delete your account.
• Location data — not retained beyond the active session.
• Deal interaction history — retained for 90 days then automatically deleted.
• Server logs — automatically deleted within 30 days by our hosting provider.

Nowish uses the following third party services to operate the platform:

We do not use any advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms that track users across websites.

Nowish is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at legal@nowish.in and we will delete it immediately.

You have the following rights over your data:

• Right to access — request a copy of data we hold about you
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your data at any time
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to opt out — opt out of notifications at any time in device settings
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw location permission at any time in device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email. Continued use of Nowish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
