We use your information to: provide and improve the service, show relevant deals based on your location, send deal notifications, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with: businesses (anonymized claim data), Google (for Maps and Places features), Firebase (for authentication and data storage), and Anthropic (for AI-powered features).

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Location Privacy

Location data is used only to show nearby deals. We cache your approximate location locally on your device. We do not track your movement or share precise location with businesses.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, opt out of notifications, and disable location sharing.

Nowish is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
