By accessing or using Nowish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nowish is a platform that connects local businesses with nearby customers through real-time deals and offers. Businesses post time-limited deals, and customers can discover and claim them.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google or phone number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. For Customers
Deals displayed on Nowish are created by businesses. Nowish does not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or quality of service. Claimed deals must be redeemed at the business location within the specified time.
5. For Businesses
Businesses are responsible for honoring deals posted on Nowish. Misleading deals, false pricing, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension. Nowish reserves the right to remove any deal at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: abuse the platform, create fake accounts, manipulate deal counts, harass other users, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nowish is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to deals not being honored by businesses.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Nowish after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
